Dr. Garber is typically available to respond to communications via phone, email and fax Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST. Most communications will be acknowledged within 24 hours.

Dr. Garber is not available to provide emergency services. You are strongly encouraged to maintain 24/7 emergency physical health and mental health resources concurrent with all clinical and forensic services.


In case of emergency, dial 9-1-1
or go to your local emergency room immediately.



  • Routine communications are usually most efficient via email. Please keep in mind that electronic media are not secure and that your communications can be misdirected or intercepted.
  • Dr. Garber does not employ a receptionist. Your calls will be received and recorded for later review and response. Please do not leave confidential information on the unsecured answering service.
