Forensic Assessment Package

The following materials are provided exclusively for the ease of those
who have already contracted with Dr. Garber to participate in a
forensic (court-related) assessment.

In addition to return of the service agreement prepared specifically for you and provided by Dr. Garber, some or all of these materials will be necessary.
