optical character recognition (OCR) pdf
format for electronic delivery. Once you are
enrolled for services, Dr. Garber will
provide you with a unique, encrypted portal
for all document exchange.
Dr. Garber is not
available to provide emergency services. You
are strongly encouraged to maintain 24/7
emergency physical health and mental health
resources concurrent with all clinical and
forensic services.
In case of emergency, dial 9-1-1
or go to your local emergency
room immediately.
